The first step is a 20-minute phone consultation. We'll discuss what's bringing you in, address any questions you have about the process, and get a sense of how we might work together.
What to Expect
The consultation is complimentary and held by phone. It’s a dedicated space to see if the fit feels right for the depth of work you’re hoping for.
Moving Forward
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send a secure link to my private client portal to complete the initial paperwork. From there, we’ll schedule your first session and the work begins.

I keep a small caseload so each woman I work with receives focused, unhurried care. The work is intensive, and the pace and attention it asks for is the pace and attention you'll get.
I work with women in person at my San Antonio office, as well as online across San Antonio and Austin.

Vita Counseling Center sits in St. Paul Square, a historic district in downtown San Antonio, just off I-37.

Coming from any direction, take the Commerce Street exit (signed for Downtown and St. Paul Square). Watch for St. Paul Square on the freeway signs as you approach, so you'll know you're in the right place. From the north or from Austin, follow I-35 to I-37 and exit at Commerce Street. From the south, stay on I-37 to the same exit. Commerce Street leads directly into St. Paul Square.
Parking is free. There is a lot on site and additional parking behind the building, and your parking is validated inside.
